CUSTOM REQUESTS

Ethos Custom Brands.... It's in our name!  We take pride in making leather products of all types specific to our customers needs.  We have completed a wide variety of designs through out the year and they always keep us entertained.  Occasionally, because of your ideas, we end up with a product that we add to our line of products.

There are a lot of options available for customizing your items.  Some options include, but are not limited to - monogramming, laser engraving, adding a logo, changing leather colors, adding width, lengthening, adding strap lock holes as well as creating a completely custom item with your design ideas.  The customer must be able to provide design direction.  If the custom design is not specified but only a general direction is given, we would be happy to create the design upon payment of a non refundable design fee.

A lot of people have asked what are the steps in requesting a custom item...  Any item that does not have a specific drop down menu for you to select a specific customization, means:

1). You MUST contact us either by phone at 479-551-2241 or by email at support@ethoscustombrands.com .  Any item that needs to be created to your specific needs must have a custom order created by an Ethos representative in order to make sure your custom order goes smooth and you get exactly what you are requesting.

2).  Once your custom order has been quoted, an invoice will be created and emailed to you for your purchase. Once the purchase is made, our Graphic Design team will go to work creating a virtual rendering of your guitar strap. We will send you a completed proof/picture of your custom creation via email promptly for your approval. This process may require some back and forth tweaking to make sure your product is exactly the way you want it, but normally our team gets it right from the start!

3). Once you approve the rendering, your order will enter our queue and our craftsmen will begin work on your awesome creation.

*all custom products ship times will begin the moment the product rendering is approved and enters the order queue.

Failure to follow these guidelines could result in the delay of your product as well as you may not receive what you have ordered.
