If you are not satisfied with your Ethos Custom Brands purchase, please return it to us within 10 days of the date of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Items must be in original, new condition (not worn or altered). Items that are postmarked later than 10 days of (customers) receipt or that are not in original condition will not qualify for a refund. Upon the receipt of returned goods, Ethos Custom Brands reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Custom orders may only be returned for the exact same item if there is a product defect.
Refunds (all items with the exception of Ethos Boots) will be issued within 10 days once received and approved at Ethos Custom Brands.
Exchanges will be reshipped within 5 days once the exchange has been approved (after item has been returned).
If returning Ethos Z Boots, customer will only be refunded only 50% of the original fee.
All returns must be shipped via USPS priority mail (so that it includes tracking). We are not responsible for returned items that do not arrive at Ethos Custom Brands and will not refund or exchange any item that we have not received. Items must include the invoice when being returned and you must contact us at email@example.com for approval of the return or your refund may be delayed.
